Blog post #43 - narrative

 In the first two minutes of a movie not much story is being told and there should not be a new equillibrium yet.. In certain cases there is a slight plot ending to create a base for the rest of the film.

A film that uses a similar technique is the movie Anyone But You. In the first few minutes of the film a man and a woman have a flirty interaction that ends in a romantic ending. The ending sets the tone for the rest of the film where there is suspense and tension between the two characters for the rest of the film

In my film, the equilibrium is being solved. Although there should not be an ending yet, the fake problem of the friends being in danger is resolved. This sets a base to show that the friends pull pranks on each other and will tell the audience what the rest of the movie is going to be about.
