Blog post #27 - rule of thirds

 Using rule of thirds is essential to making an appealing view for the audience.

In my film, i will use rule of thirds throughout many scenes to try and make the shot more appealing

The points of interest will be placed on a certain corner in the 9-box grid

In this photo of my friend, rule of thirds is used to show that there is a point of interest on the character.

In this photo, rule of thirds is shown in a two shot. Since a two shot is used to show the expressions of both characters, putting a Point of interest on both characters helps the audience focus on both of them.

I will use the same method of rule of thirds in a few of my shots to show the expression of multiple characters at one time.
